Hi,

Restart your device first to see if it resolves your problem. To restart your device, unplug the power adapter from the back of the device or from the wall outlet. Then, plug the power adapter back in.

To restart your device, unplug the power adapter from the back of the device or from the wall outlet. Then, plug the power adapter back in. To reset your Echo device that has volume buttons: Press and hold the Microphone off and Volume down buttons at the same time until the light ring turns orange (about 20 seconds).

First of all you can try to restart your device and check if the problem is resolved. If still you are facing issue you can reset your device by pressing the reset button given under the device base. Press reset button with the help of paper clip and wait for the light ring to turn off. Press again to restart your device. Ope your Alexa app and connect your device with a Wi-Fi network.
