For anyone considering of doing these kinds of workouts and thinking Piracetol what would be best here is a brief overview that may help. First of all the workouts can be grouped into three primary categories. 1) Activities. Thoughts workouts that are just that thoughts workouts, and nothing more. Activities such as scrabble, Sudoku, online poker and similar are excellent because apart from training the brain they are an application of enjoyment or relaxation. They are portable and can be done anywhere whenever you want, perfect in situations like travel when one has to wait around.
