How to log in and troubleshoot HBO GO on Kindle Fire device?

Step 1- Checking out the internet connection- The minimum internet speed requirement for accessing HBO GO is 3.0 Mbps or greater. If there is buffering issue or poor quality, there could be the reason of inconsistent or slow network connection. For checking out the speed-
• Head to the Home screen, swipe down and click on the wireless icon.
• Now, just click the network that you are linked to.
• Check out the signal strength that you are linked to.
• After that, check the signal strength and the speed.
Step 2- Restarting the Kindle Fire
• Head to press and hold down the power button until you get the prompt to shut down the tablet.
• Now, you are required to wait for around 20 seconds.
• After that head to switch on the tablet again.
• Now, kick-start the HBO GO app.
Step 3- Clear out the data and cache
• From home, just head to the Settings, then Applications, followed by Manage All Applications.
• Head to click HBO GO from the whole list of all the apps.
• After that, head to click Force Stop, then Clear Cache, followed by Clear Data.
• Lastly, head back to the Home screen and then restart the HBO GO.
Step 4- Uninstalling and reinstalling HBO GO
