Hello
Change the connection type on SBCGlobal account?
Changing the connection type and the incoming server name of your SBCGlobal account:
• Click on ‘Advanced’ option from the bottom right of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear. Click on it to check the hostname.
• If you want to change the SSL settings of your account, then hostname is required.
• For Non-SSL, the only domain will be used.
• Click to save the settings.

Even though Sbcglobal.net accounts are handled by Yahoo, they need to be connected through Boxer using IMAP (this won't affect the email sending or receiving at all). When selecting the account type, select "Other" and use the following settings:

Incoming: imap.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 993 (or leave blank)
Username: Full email address
Password: Your password
Use SSL (on)

Outgoing: smtp.att.yahoo.com
Port: 465
Username: Full email address
Password: Your password
Use SSL (on)

Hi

Your desktop email program (like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail) or mobile email app will use either POP3 or IMAP to send and receive email. Be sure to use the right server and port settings.

These settings are good for email addresses with any of these domains: @ameritech.net, @att.net, @bellsouth.net, @flash.net, @nvbell.net, @pacbell.net, prodigy.net, @sbcglobal.net, @snet.net, @swbell.net, or @wans.net.

Email protocol Inbound server Inbound port SSL Outbound server Outbound port
POP3 inbound.att.net 995 Yes outbound.att.net 465
IMAP imap.mail.att.net 993 Yes smtp.mail.att.net 465 or 587

Thanks
